If you were arrested or believe you were arrested, you must notify the union and TA of your arrest at the earliest possible moment. If you recieve a letter from NYS Medical Certification Unit, please fill out it out as follow: NY Drivers the third box down--- (EI) Excepted Interstate. Please make certain you have an (A3) restriction on your license. If not, you must go to DMV and fill out form MV44 ($17.50) and check off the (EI) box.
